Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking independent Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections across Massachusetts. No licensing required; flexible schedule and weekly pay. Role involves real estate occupancy checks, exterior and interior inspection where applicable, and reporting via InspectorADE.

Contract position: 1099, on-the-road work across MA, with a flexible schedule and earning potential typically $20+ per hour depending on volume. Prior travel and self-motivation are a plus.

This contract position performs mortgage field inspections in assigned counties throughoutMA. Inspectors are not required to cover the entire state. Coverage areas will be determined based on your location and availability.
