Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections in Cambria County, PA and surrounding areas. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with a flexible schedule and a flat per-inspection rate.

Weekly pay is provided, with earnings dependent on availability and workload. No licensing required; prior experience is a plus. Inspect properties, document occupancy, photograph conditions, and complete reports using Inspector ADE while coordinating

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android).

• Printer and basic office supplies.
• Ability to obtain Shield ID (Aspen Grove ABC#).
• HUD/Inspector Keys (if onboarding).
• Voltstick and selfie stick optional.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Mortgage Field Inspector

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Independent Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections on behalf of mortgage companies. No licensing or certifications are required, and prior experience is a plus—but not necessary.

This is a great opportunity for self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, traveling locally, and managing their own schedule. Inspections may include exterior occupancy checks, and occasional interior vacant or damage inspections. This contract position performs mortgage field inspections in Cambria County, PA and surrounding areas. Coverage areas will be determined based on available counties, your location, and your availability.

Your role as a Mortgage Field Inspector

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans


• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant)


• Photograph and document property condition


• Deliver door notices and verify utility status


• Complete reports using a mobile app (Inspector ADE)


• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator
