Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Independent Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections on behalf of mortgage companies in Monroe County, WI and surrounding areas.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with no mileage reimbursement, and earnings depend on territory and workload. Inspectors may work a flexible schedule, travel locally, and manage their own time.

Qualifications

• Must have time management and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for coordination with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance are required.
• Smartphone with internet access and a computer to submit reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using InspectorADE.
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.

This isa great opportunityfor self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, traveling locally, and managing their own schedule.Inspections may include exterior occupancy checks, and occasional interior vacant or damage inspections.

This contract position performs mortgage field inspections in Monroe County, WI and surrounding areas. Coverage areas will be determined based on available counties, your location, and your availability.

Your role as a Mortgage Field Inspector

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant)
• Photograph and document property condition
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status
• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE)
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator
