Job summary

NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Field Inspector in Three Rivers, MI to perform residential property inspections ensuring occupancy status. This is a contractor role with autonomy and flexible scheduling; compensation is per inspection at approximately $25–$35 per hour.

Responsibilities include documenting findings with inspection software, taking property photos, and meeting designated timelines while maintaining professional communication with the account

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Experience in Default Mortgage Inspections.
• Experience with InspectorADE is a plus.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Willing to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to ensure occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters.
• Utilize inspection software and tools to document and report findings.
• Take photos of properties and deliver documents as needed.
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics.
• Communicate with account manager in a professional manner.
• Keep up to date with industry regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections.
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
• Travel to properties in Three Rivers, MI and surrounding counties.
