Job summary

NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is seeking a Mortgage Field Inspector to perform residential property inspections in Charlotte, MI. The contractor will assess occupancy status, document findings with software, capture photos, and ensure timely completion of inspections with a strong focus on accuracy and customer service.

Candidate must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in inspections preferred.
• Experience with InspectorADE.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Willing to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status.
• Document findings using inspection software.
• Take photos and deliver documents as needed.
• Meet designated timelines and performance metrics.
• Travel to properties in Charlotte, MI and surrounding counties.
