Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required to travel to Standish and surrounding counties.
• Experience in default mortgage inspections.
• Experience with InspectorADE.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder; willing to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check.
• 6 months in inspections or 1099 work preferred.

Responsibilities
