NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Inspector to join our growing team in Caro, MI. As a Mortgage Inspector, you will conduct inspections on residential properties to verify occupancy status.

This is a Contractor Other position and you will work independently, with the freedom to set your own schedule. Responsibilities include using inspection software, taking photos, reporting findings, and meeting designated timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsabilités

• Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters.
• Utilize inspection software and tools to document and report findings, including taking photos.
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics.
• Communicate with account manager professionally and maintain accurate records.
• Travel to various properties in Caro, MI and surrounding counties.
