Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification with 1+ year of experience.
• Whole of market or multiple lender experience.
• Organised and able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and willing to work shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Years of experience is a guide; demonstrated skills count.

Responsibilities

• Creating a best in class advice service by assessing applications and issuing high-quality recommendations.
• Providing a 5-star customer experience throughout interactions.
• Delivering high-quality online live chat communication.
• Managing an ongoing pipeline of applications proactively and efficiently.
• Working with Ops and Habito groups to deliver the best results for customers.
• Adhering to quality and compliance standards.
