Job summary

Commercial Bank is seeking a detail-oriented loan processor to handle mortgage loans, HELOCs and other consumer credit files. You will organize workflow, prepare closing packages, and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires intermediate PC skills, solid communication, and the ability to learn mortgage compliance and regulatory requirements. Experience in banking and knowledge of loan documentation is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Advanced education in accounting, business administration or related field preferred.
• 2 years Banking Experience or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Process, document, and close mortgage loans, HELOCs and other consumer loans.
• Prepare loan closing packages and fund them after signatures.
• Prepare loans for sale on secondary market as needed.
• Stay updated on regulatory/compliance changes impacting mortgage lending.
