Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of mortgage lending, loan processing, loan servicing, or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn loan servicing and document management systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to producing accurate, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, scan, index, and organize loan notes and trailing documents to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Review incoming loan documentation, clear applicable conditions in Lender Connection, and prepare files for delivery and certification
• Process, review, and track mortgage loan documents while ensuring compliance with investor, agency, and internal requirements
• Maintain accurate loan records, organize documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to support efficient document management and resolve documentation issues
• Other job duties as assigned
