Job summary

1st Security Bank is seeking a Home Lending Quality Assurance Representative in Mountlake Terrace, WA. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and delivering loan disclosures in compliance with federal and state requirements, collaborating with Loan Officers, Processors, Underwriters, and Encompass.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of related experience, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience with Encompass is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue initial and revised mortgage loan disclosures within regulatory timelines.
• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy prior to disclosure.
• Monitor disclosure pipelines and ensure loans meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Verify data integrity between loan applications and disclosure documents.
• Communicate with Loan Officers, Processors, and Operations teams regarding disclosure requirements and corrections.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within the Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Research and resolve disclosure-related exceptions and system alerts.
• Support QA Department’s various functions as needed.
• Stay informed of regulatory changes affecting mortgage disclosures
