You will work with Loan Officers, Processors, Underwriters, and Encompass teams to ensure timely and accurate disclosure of mortgage documents throughout the loan lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of related experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience handling multiple priorities in a changing environment.
• Prior Encompass experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue initial and revised mortgage loan disclosures within regulatory timelines.
• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy prior to disclosure.
• Monitor disclosure pipelines to meet SLAs.
• Verify data integrity between loan applications and disclosure documents.
• Communicate disclosure requirements with Loan Officers, Processors, and Operations teams.
• Maintain records in the LOS.
