Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 4 years related experience, plus 2 years management experience or equivalent combination.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment through NMLS.
• Ability to analyze financial data to determine creditworthiness.
• Knowledge of home loan products, processing procedures and underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Work with assigned branch to promote home loan products.
• Handle referrals and provide timely follow-up.
• Develop referral contacts (realtors, builders, professionals).
• Interview loan applicants and determine creditworthiness.
• Maintain knowledge of loan products and underwriting guidelines.
• Collect documentation and deliver loan packages to processors.
