Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks a seasoned Mortgage Default systems consultant to shape scope and objectives tied to client business plans. You will provide technical consultation on complex projects and coordinate with end-users and IT to meet requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in mortgage industry, 4+ in analytical/technical consulting, and strong communication skills for diverse audiences. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 5+ years of mortgage industry experience.
• 4+ years in analytical and/or technical consulting.
• Experience in a traditional client-facing role.
• Experience with ICE products and mortgage technology.
• Prior mortgage servicing experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between end-users and IT to meet client requirements.
• Research and document client needs and applicable regulations for system design.
• Analyze system impacts and recommend best practices and technology changes.
• Assist in writing test plans and test cases to ensure integrity.
• Conduct system, integration, readiness, and acceptance tests.
• Consult with clients and may travel to client sites.
• Assist in training client and support staff on enhancements.
