Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• 5+ years of mortgage industry experience.
• 4+ years of analytical or technical consulting experience.
• Ability to persuade and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between end-users and IT during consulting projects.
• Document client needs related to system design or enhancements.
• Provide recommendations on best practices for system impacts.
• Assist clients in writing test plans and test cases.
• Conduct various tests including system and acceptance tests.
• Consult directly with clients and may travel to client sites.
