• Excel and Word skills are required.
• Lending and collection knowledge a plus; mortgage servicing experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Primary contact for delinquent mortgage loan accounts and related portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with CFPB and NCUA rules and regulations.
• Send required delinquency letters and provide loss mitigation options.
• Prepare accounts in bankruptcy or foreclosure for collection attorneys.
• Maintain documentation of invoices and reimbursements to investors.
• Report delinquency information per investor guidelines and PMI providers.
• Collect on delinquent loans, Visa accounts, and negative balance accounts.
• Continuously expand knowledge of credit union products and services.
