Spring EQ is seeking a driven Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to translate data into actionable decisions in our mortgage-focused analytics team. You will build dashboards in Tableau and SQL, explore predictive modeling, and partner with business teams to drive data-driven insights across originations, servicing, and marketing initiatives.

This role follows a hybrid schedule at our Philadelphia area offices.

Qualifications

• Degree in mathematics, statistics, computer/data science or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Data Analyst or Data Scientist role, ideally within mortgage origination or servicing.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Tableau.
