Job summary

Triad Financial Services, Inc. seeks a Data Analytics & Reporting Manager to lead BI, analytics, and reporting for Mortgage Operations. You will direct a multi-disciplinary team to develop enterprise BI solutions, roadmaps, and KPI frameworks that standardize data and enable business transformation.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and executives to maintain KPIs, ensure timely data delivery, and drive continuous improvement in reporting services, budgets, and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage or financial services experience.
• 7+ years in a management role.
• Proficient with SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Access and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Analytical and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to multi-task and own project parts.
• Proven track record of operational process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Directs the design, development, maintenance, and support of data analytics, reporting, and BI solutions.
• Provide strategic leadership, planning, analysis, and business process support for BI, KPIs, analytics, dashboards and reporting.
• Lead system solution planning, design, database modeling, and testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and insights requirements.
• Define, develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators with leadership.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligning priorities and technology standards.
• Manage day-to-day production support for BI and reporting systems.
• Drive continuous improvement via monitoring and process enhancements.
• Develop budgets and financial reports to support maintenance and development.
• Work with IT management on data accuracy and timely data delivery.
• Recruit, develop, retain, and motivate a high-performance BI team.
