Freedom Mortgage is seeking a Specialist for the Freedom Plus program. This role blends customer service with sales, handling outbound and inbound calls to offer support and specialized mortgage products.

You will manage pipelines, assess qualification for programs, document activities, and work with teams to meet production goals while upholding QA standards. A strong emphasis on communication, accuracy, and timely follow-through is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years related experience and/or training.
• Experience with standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of mortgage industry and regulatory guidelines is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pipeline management, appointment setting, and other activities to support production goals and meet SLAs.
• Analyze applicant information to determine qualification for programs.
• Respond to customer needs with compassion ensuring resolution the first time.
• Manage work queues and document systems of record for customer contact and next steps.
