Job summary

PGIM is seeking an experienced residential mortgage credit professional to support DSCR and Non-QM loan diligence for a large institutional portfolio. The role blends investor-side analysis with post-purchase review and loss mitigation, with a hybrid schedule in Newark, NJ (3 days onsite, 2 remote).

The successful candidate will evaluate loans, leverage underwriting data, and manage third-party diligence to inform investment decisions and risk-aware dispositions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience reviewing residential mortgage loan files.
• Experience with DSCR, business-purpose, Non-QM and whole-loan acquisitions.
• Ability to interpret guidelines and recommend practical resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Review DSCR, Non-QM and related loans for acquisition suitability.
• Analyze borrower/guarantor credit and cash flow drivers.
• Monitor post-purchase performance and assist in workouts.
