Job summary

Lennar Mortgage, LLC. is seeking a Mortgage Regulatory Specialist to support the Compliance Management Program, interpreting and communicating federal and state requirements and advising partners on regulatory guidance.

You will review advertisements, use Encompass to investigate loan issues, draft policies, monitor developments, and contribute to risk mitigation. A background of 3–5 years in mortgage compliance and strong regulatory knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of mortgage compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret federal and state regulatory requirements for business partners.
• Collaborate on enterprise-wide compliance projects and training.
• Review consumer-facing ads for regulatory guidance to Marketing.
• Investigate loan-level issues using Encompass.
• Research regulatory inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess business impact.
• Draft and maintain company policies and training materials.
• Assist with federal/state examinations as needed.
