Cornerstone Capital Bank's Cornerstone Servicing division is seeking a Collections Specialist to deliver world-class customer care, educate borrowers on hardship options, and help keep loans current.

This onsite role is located in Englewood, CO or Houston, TX, offering $22–$27 per hour plus a performance-based bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Must have strong customer service skills and phone etiquette.
• Experience in mortgage servicing or collections is preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus and helpful in serving diverse borrowers.

Aufgaben

• Negotiate payment arrangements to prevent delinquencies.
• Maintain open communication with borrowers after payments to intervene early.
• Use skip tracing tools to locate borrowers with outdated contact information.
• Manage inbound and outbound calling queues via an automated system.
• Continuously improve knowledge base to enhance customer experience.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
