Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage servicing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of collections experience.
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Solid analytical skills and prudent judgment.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate payment arrangements to keep borrowers in their homes and prevent delinquencies.
• Maintain communication after payment to preempt future delinquencies.
• Utilize skip tracing tools to locate borrowers with outdated contact information.
• Manage inbound and outbound calling queues via automated system.
• Continue to improve knowledge base and skills for exceptional customer experience.
• Perform other job-duty related tasks as assigned.
