Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.
• Advanced knowledge of collateral file documentation.
• Knowledge of mortgage industry terminology.
• 4–6 years of mortgage collateral document experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first level of escalation for matters requiring resolution.
• Analyze issues, proactively identifying solutions, and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Improve processes, strategies, and execution of day-to-day collateral operations.
• Train and mentor junior staff as needed.
• Prepare, analyze, and monitor data related to production and collateral status.
• Resolve exceptions in mortgage collateral documents.
• Collaborate with management, investors, custodians, and vendors to support certifications.
