Job summary

Carrington Holding Company is seeking a Mortgage Collateral Vice President to spearhead various departments in Orange, CA. You will ensure integrity, safety, and retention of CMS collateral and original documents, while developing vital policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in banking and loan servicing, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of mortgage loan documents. This is an onsite position offering competitive health benefits and a culture of development.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in banking, finance, loan servicing or related industry.
• 5 years’ experience in collateral related activities for residential mortgage loans.
• 3+ years in management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, hiring and development of high performing team.
• Oversee management of GSE pooled acquisition portfolios.
• Ensure compliance for collection of collateral documents.
