Qualificações

• 10 years experience in banking, finance, loan servicing or related industry.
• 5 years experience in collateral-related activities for residential mortgage loans.
• 3+ years in management capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruitment, hiring, and development for a high-performing team.
• Oversee management of GSE pooled acquisition portfolios.
• Ensure compliance for collection of collateral documents.

Knowledge of mortgage loan collateral document requirements

Management experience

Strong communication skills

Understanding of GSE pool certification
