Mountain West Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Closer to manage the final Closing Disclosure and ensure compliance for mortgage transactions. This role includes maintaining relationships with all parties involved, preparing closing documents, and ensuring timely loan closures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional, courteous, service-oriented relationship with all parties involved in the loan process.
• Act as liaison between the company, title/escrow company, and originator to ensure timely closing of the loan.
• Schedule and prepare loans for closing once the underwriter has approved the loan.
• Review fees and final figures from title/escrow and validate loan data.
• Enter required data into the Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Deliver Closing Disclosure per proper Service Level Agreements.
• Send closing document package to title/escrow and borrower.
• Request funding of the loan and follow up on any missing loan documentation.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
