Qualifications

• 3+ years of consumer mortgage closing experience.
• Proficient in mortgage closing processes and compliance.
• Excellent typing and computer skills for document preparation.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple files.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with loan processor, loan officer, and underwriter to ensure closings.
• Prepare loan closing documents for various loan types using Mortgagebot/IDS or LaserPro.
• Ensure compliance with TRID/HMDA and regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor new and existing team members.
• Assist with weekly and monthly reports and post-closing duties.
• Communicate with internal/external parties to resolve issues.
