Qualifications

Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Adviser Support Specialist to join our dynamic team and provide vital back-office support to AHQ advisers. This role is instrumental in ensuring smooth and compliant loan application processing, client onboarding, and end-to-end mortgage administration within the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients, ensuring accurate and timely completion of compliance documents (Declaration & Scope of Service).
  • Manage and maintain client records and documentation in CRM systems.
  • Draft and record comprehensive client file notes.
  • Finalise loan documentation through to settlement.
  • Handle refinancing, loan restructures, and fixed-rate reviews.
  • Ensure complete and accurate loan submissions to lenders, complying with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with lenders and clients, ensuring all requested documentation is provided promptly and transparently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan products and bank policies.
  • Preserve accurate records and archives of all loan-related documents.
  • Support privacy compliance and regulatory audits when necessary.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience using Australian/New Zealand mortgage CRMs.
  • Familiarity with mortgage calculators and diary note management tools.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
  • Experience in banking, particularly with Australian or NZ lenders.
  • Strong understanding of loan applications, bank policies, and fixed-rate reviews.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with website maintenance and content creation.
  • Social media content design and scheduling.
  • Experience in New Zealand mortgage broking or banking.
