Job summary

Cornerstone Home Lending, a division of Cornerstone Capital Bank, is seeking a Branch Manager in the Houston area to drive profitability through sales and business development. You will lead the branch team, coach staff, and ensure on-time closings and exceptional service while meeting corporate objectives.

This role is responsible for the overall profitability by directing sales and business development, ensures that the center achieves its goals and meets operational objectives. Management and leadership duties include employee development, ongoing coaching and performance management. The Branch Manager also prepares for the continued growth of the center recruiting top talent in the market. Has two or more full-time direct reports.

• Demonstrated ability to recruit hire and train branch personnel
• Proven ability to successfully manage a sales team
• Ability to adjust in a changing market

Experience

This position requires 5+ years of experience as a mortgage loan originator.

• FHA/VA & USDA experience preferred.
