Job summary

PrimeLending, a PlainsCapital Company, is seeking a Regional Branch Manager to lead the Missouri branch operations, overseeing origination, processing, closing and funding while ensuring top-quality customer service and profitability.

You will supervise staff, drive growth, recruit and train personnel, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred for leadership roles in mortgage banking.
• 3–5 years mortgage banking experience with minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and train branch personnel while ensuring policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires and trains branch personnel; conducts performance reviews and manages files.
• Monitors loan quality and ensures approvals within company policy guidelines.
• Establishes and controls the branch budget and income goals.
• Oversees branch performance and communicates goals and policy changes.
• Generates new business through builders, developers and realtors to expand market share.
• Markets PrimeLending’s products and ensures compliant loan origination processes.
