Job summary

Primis Mortgage Company is seeking a Producing Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team of Loan Officers and deliver superior growth and profit by executing strategic plans. You will drive mortgage loan sales through strong relationship management with internal and external partners.

You will implement new products, monitor loan quality for compliance, and set development goals for staff, ensuring accountability and ongoing performance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related experience.
• 5+ years mortgage or financial services experience.
• Active NMLS ID and license status required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve production goals through personal production and leadership of Loan Officers.
• Drive sales of mortgage loans by leading and executing a strategic plan with internal and external partners.
• Implement new products or programs including sales promotion and incentives to stimulate growth.
• Monitor loan quality to ensure compliance with program guidelines.
• Set annual goals for staff, develop plans, complete performance appraisals and hold staff accountable.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
