Qualifications

High School or GED required.
3 years of related mortgage/banking experience.
Must possess an NMLS identifier.
Experience with Easylender, Uni-form and Genesis.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of mortgage products and lending options.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Builds relationships with internal and external referral sources to meet goals.
Counsels customers on lending options and solutions.
Supports and facilitates key banking partnerships.
Provides excellent service and manages the mortgage loan pipeline through milestones.
Offers feedback on process efficiency and customer experience; assists with recruiting as needed.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned and complies with risk requirements.
