Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation seeks a Mortgage Banking Consultant in its Mortgage Administration unit to originate residential loans through internal and external referrals.

You will build and maintain referral relationships, counsel customers on lending solutions, and provide excellent service while supporting channel initiatives and sales activities. You will manage the loan pipeline, hit milestones, coordinate with partners, and contribute to customer satisfaction and loan quality.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related mortgage experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to counsel customers on lending options
• Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• NMLS identifier and regulatory compliance awareness

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with internal and external referral sources to achieve expected performance goals.
• Counsels customers on lending options and solutions to meet their needs.
• Supports and facilitates key banking partnerships.
• Provides excellent service and supports an outstanding customer mortgage experience. Manages loan pipeline to meet milestones such as documentation, pricing, and closing dates.
• Provides feedback to management on processes and customer experience; assists with recruiting as needed.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
• All employees act as risk managers by understanding and addressing daily risk per the company program.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures.
