Job summary

First National Bank is seeking a Mortgage Banking Consultant in the United States to originate residential loans through referrals and internal partnerships. You will counsel customers on lending options, ensure excellent service, and manage the loan pipeline to meet milestones and regulatory expectations.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 3 years of related experience, and preferably a BS/BA degree. NMLS identifier and experience with Easylender, Uni-form and Genesis are preferred.

Qualifications

• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) identifier required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal and external referral sources to achieve goals.
• Counsel customers on lending options and solutions.
• Support and facilitate key banking partnerships.
• Provide excellent service and manage loan pipeline to meet milestones.
• Provide feedback to management on process improvements and customer experience.
• Assist with recruiting and hiring of support team members as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
