Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Mortgage Banking Consultant to originate residential mortgage loans through internal and external referral sources, delivering exceptional service and guiding customers toward suitable lending solutions.

You will counsel customers on options, manage the loan pipeline to meet milestones, and collaborate with key banking partners to drive growth while ensuring compliance and high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with general office equipment and basic PC software.
• BS/BA degree preferred; NMLS identifier required.
• Experience with Easylender, Uni-form and Genesis.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with internal and external referral sources to achieve goals.
• Counsels customers on lending options and solutions.
• Supports and facilitates banking partnerships.
• Provides excellent service and manages the mortgage loan pipeline to meet milestones.
• Gathers feedback to improve processes and customer experience; assists with recruiting as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned and adheres to risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures.
