Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited is seeking a Mortgage Specialist to develop our mortgage loans portfolio and provide end-to-end advisory to customers. You will aim to exceed sales targets while ensuring accurate and compliant processing of loan applications.

The role involves acquiring new clients, building partnerships with branches and real estate professionals, and maintaining rigorous documentation in line with bank policies. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• A recognised University Degree/Diploma.
• Experience in property and/or consumer mortgage sectors preferred.
• Sales-driven with ability to exceed targets and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide loan advisory and solutions to meet clients' property financing needs.
• Acquire new customers through cold-calling, referrals and road shows.
• Develop strong alliances with branches, agents, lawyers and developers to build referrals.
• Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while following internal policies.
