Job summary

NewDay USA is a South Florida-based national, direct-to-consumer veteran’s mortgage lender seeking energetic sales professionals for an on-site role in West Palm Beach, FL. The position offers paid training and licensing, plus a high-lead flow of qualified clients to help you succeed.

You will drive the sales process, provide excellent customer service, and guide clients through loan applications to closing, while building strong relations with loan officers and VA underwriters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Undergraduate Degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Competitive and coachable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Desire to advance your sales career.

Responsibilities

• Work to obtain necessary licensing – we provide paid training and cover all fees
• Provide every client with exceptional customer service
• Achieve or exceed sales goals and objectives
• Advise clients on the VA cash-out refinance process with our 100% LTV product
• Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing
• Build strong relationships with loan officer assistants, processors, and VA Underwriters (All In-House)
