Village Capital & Investment LLC in Draper, UT is seeking an Account Executive to strengthen third-party originator relationships and manage the loan process from intake to close.

You will coordinate communications, log notes, and serve as the liaison between Village Capital and brokers, delivering excellent service while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling Third Party Originator Relationships
• Organizing, logging and maintaining good notes.
• maintain strong relationships with new and existing brokers
• Answering emails and phone calls
• Being a representative between Village Capital and Third-Party Originator

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
