Job summary

The Nappanee KidsCare Youth Development Professional - AM role at Boys & Girls Clubs of Elkhart County is a part-time morning position in Nappanee, IN. You’ll support safe, engaging KidsCare programming for youth ages 5–12 and help deliver high-quality activities that foster growth.

Daily duties include supervising youth, promoting belonging and positive relationships, and assisting with attendance, recordkeeping, and program documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated competence working with youth ages 5-12.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with high energy and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to move continuously throughout program areas and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Actively supervise and engage youth throughout daily program activities.
• Maintain health, safety, and well-being of members and enforce Club expectations.
• Support safe transitions and structured supervision in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Assist with attendance tracking, recordkeeping, and program documentation.
