Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Mobile, AL is seeking a warehouse associate to operate forklifts, put away and pick palletized units, and follow RF system instructions. You will read work orders, record counts, and ensure items are correctly located for outbound shipments.

Responsibilities include documenting damages, packing and labeling pallets, performing daily forklift checks, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Identify products by reading, interpreting, and scanning pallet IDs.
• Basic math proficiency required for counts and measurements.
• Ability to understand instructions in the official language defined by Lineage.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs / 18 kg.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with noise levels in warehouse environments.
• Work in cold or dry storage as required.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by using a forklift into higher racks.
• Pick palletized units for outbound shipment from rack locations.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and item condition using RF system.
• Load/unload materials from pallets or skids.
• Follow work orders to determine quantities and locations of items.
• Document damages or discrepancies and report to supervisors.
• Pack and label pallets for shipping and verify counts with RF scanning.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/checks.
• Monitor battery charge and maintain equipment storage areas.
• Notify leadership of product or material issues and await guidance.
• Help clean and organize the warehouse during or after shifts.
