Job summary

LINEAGE LOGISTICS HOLDINGS, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate forklifts, move palletized goods, and process outbound shipments in our Charleston facility. You will read work orders, locate items, record weights and counts using RF scanners, and ensure pallets are securely wrapped for transport.

The role requires handling heavy loads, working in varied temperatures, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must identify products by reading, interpreting, and scanning pallet IDs
• Basic math skills required
• Able to work in -20F/-25C cold storage or up to 100F/37C dry storage with PPE
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs (18 kg)
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed
• Able to work in a noisy environment

Responsibilities

• Move palletized units using forklift and place into racks
• Pick and pack palletized items for outbound shipments
• Record materials, weights, counts, and conditions using RF system
• Read work orders to locate items and document discrepancies
• Maintain and clean batteries and follow forklift maintenance checks
• Clean and organize the warehouse and report issues to supervisors
• Ensure pallets are wrapped and secured for transport
