Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a warehouse associate to pick, pack and ship products in a temperature-controlled facility. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, verify inventory, and ensure accurate counts using RF scanning equipment.

You must be able to work in cold and dry storage environments, lift up to 40 lbs, and maintain high attention to detail while following safety protocols and shift schedules, including weekends when required.

Qualifications

• Identify products by reading, interpreting, and scanning pallet IDs.
• Follow instructions in the official language of the country/Lineage.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Work in cold or dry storage environments with PPE.
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs; facility dependent weight.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work orders to determine quantities/types of products to be shipped.
• Locate requested items in the warehouse.
• Change over pallets for picking; visually inspect items for damage.
• Document and report damages to supervisors/leads.
• Pack, seal, and label materials/pallets for shipping using RF scanning to verify counts.
• Notify leaders of issues with products/materials and await directions.
• Help clean and organize the warehouse at shift end.
