Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring for a warehouse worker to load and unload shipments using a forklift and pallet jack. Follow all safety standards, verify inventory, and inspect shipments for quality. You will read computerized work orders and prepare pallets for shipping.

Expect cold and dry storage environments, physical lifting up to 40 lbs, and a flexible schedule including weekends. Pay ranges from $16.97 to $28.65 per hour, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Read and follow computerized work orders to determine quantities and types of products to be shipped.
• Identify items by pallet ID and verify counts against system.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and work in cold or dry storage environments.
• Maintain accuracy with RF scanning and labeling procedures.
• Demonstrate safety and comply with Lineage policies at all times.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow computerized work orders to determine quantities and types of products to be shipped.
• Determine the location of requested items in the warehouse.
• Change over pallets for picking, visually inspect items for damages or flaws.
• Document and report damages to supervisors or leads.
• Pack, seal, and label materials/pallets for shipping using RF scanning equipment to document and verify counts of picked items
• Alert appropriate leader of any issues with the product or materials and await directions to rectify the problem
• Help clean and organize the warehouse at the end of the shift
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment
