Job summary

Michaels in Twin Falls, ID is seeking a friendly Store Associate to help customers find products, ring up purchases, and keep the floor stocked and inviting. You will participate in truck unloading, planogram adherence, and store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock environment.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, can stand for long periods, and are comfortable with a fast-paced checkout.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform light lifting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and store operations.
• Support truck unload, stocking, planograms (POGs), and in-store recovery.
• Maintain store in-stock status and participate inSISO and AD set duties.
