Job summary

Employ-Temps Staffing Services in Columbiana, Ohio is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented 1st Shift Shipping Associate to support a busy shipping operation on-site. You will assist with shipping logistics, prepare shipments, monitor loads, input data into the computer system, and email packing lists to customers.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm, and pay is $16.00 per hour. Basic computer skills and punctuality are required; prior shipping experience is preferred, with benefits

Qualifications

Previous shipping department experience preferred
Basic computer skills required
Punctuality and excellent attendance

Responsibilities

Work in the shipping office and on the shop floor
Monitor truck loading and unloading
Pull tickets and prepare packing lists
Schedule shipments and coordinate with carriers
Weigh shipments and update information on scales
Input data into the computer system
Email packing lists and shipment details to customers
