Staffmark Group in Troy, OH is hiring a Shipping Packer Operator for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM). You will pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include processing inbound/outbound shipments, loading/unloading trucks, stocking inventory, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced warehouse. High school diploma required; previous warehouse training beneficial; RF scanners and pallet jacks experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse training is beneficial.
• Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.
• Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with inventory accuracy and quality.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Stock inventory and verify product counts.
• Label packages and maintain shipment accuracy.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks.
• Communicate with team members, vendors, and drivers.
• Follow all safety procedures and report concerns promptly.
