Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License.
• Strong math skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Reliable and willing to learn company processes.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate forklift safely.
• Observe all safety rules and regulations, keep work area clean and organized.
• Be aware of co-worker and crane traffic throughout the shop.
• Move raw materials such as steel plates, cut parts, and other materials from outside areas.
• Pick, pack, band parts, and prepare shipments.
• Manage inventory inbound and outbound.
• Follow all safety protocols and stay aware of surroundings during machinery operation.
