Buckle's Distribution Center is seeking a dedicated teammate to operate pick-to-light orders from inbound freight, ensure accuracy, and support transfers and processing of merchandise to retail stores. The role emphasizes quality, accurate ticketing, and cross-training across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months related experience or training; forklift certification may be required; valid driver's license if required to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Fill pick-to-light orders from inbound freight boxes for ~8 hours daily.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and production volume on the pick-to-light line.
• Perform quality assurance on inbound product: counts, box quantities, sub styles, discrepancies.
• Resolve and document mistakes on freight cartons, ticket errors and vendor discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate label printers, hand-held tagging guns and RF scanners.
• Process additional sorts, ticketing or services for product to be sent to stores.
• Audit boxes moving from pick-to-light line to shipping.
• Crosstrain in other departments as assigned by Director of Distribution.
• Fulfill mission statement with high guest service and contribute to a positive team spirit.
