Buckle is seeking a Freight Coordinator to support daily operations in a retail environment. You will verify shipments, ensure accuracy of invoices, and handle packing, labeling, and transfer processes to prepare items for the sales floor or guests.

Responsibilities include maintaining shipment records, using POS interfaces, and supporting backroom organization while upholding Buckle’s standards for customer service and ethics.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against items received to ensure shipments are correct.
• Prepare and ship items via FedEx; communicate alterations or special orders to Guests.
• Maintain shipment paperwork and organize transfer slips for audits.
